On your Dashboard/Main Backoffice page Under the Gold “Course” tile you will see a gold tile that says “Book A Coaching Session” Click on that.
Next you will be able to see What plan you are on and how many tokens you have. Please notice if you are on the Achiever or Transformation pack you have UNLIMITED Group Coaching sessions.
Go to the section that says Coaching Sessions and click on either Book a Group or Semi-Private session or the other tab Book a Private Session.
In this example I clicked on Book a Group or Semiprivate Session above and that brings you to the screen below.
Next in this example I’m going to click on Group (you can click on Semiprivate if you would like that option)
Please note that either selection will bring up a list of topics of the sessions to be held. You can select from the topics or if it is easier for you to find the dates faster, you can click on “Use Calendar Instead” in the upper right corner.
If you select “Use Calendar Instead” You will now see the monthly calendar and if you would like you can move the months by using the arrows above the word “Sun” for Sunday.
Here you can click on the day that works best for you and see what coaching sessions are available that day. If you would like that particular session, click on it.
Once you have clicked on it, you will see this screen and now all you need to do is verify you want to book this session by clicking on “Book.”
